uniqlo (unique clothing wearhouse) is a large japanese casual wear designer and retailer, besides their shops in america, hong kong, singapore and france, they just opened a new flagship store in shanghai, with another much-awaited shop in taipei coming soon. i think their stores also embrace a universal ideal of {visual fun} and {color inspiration} which are deeply rooted in japanese new-style design culture. across boundaries, you can experience uniqlo’s spirit of “from tokyo to the world” {here i pick the video, ‘dance, music & clock’ from tokyo to paris} speaking the language of style, and fashion is their rhythm…

    hmmm i am not a fan of boyfriend jeans. they are meant for ladies with super skinny legs. any ideas on how to pull it off with bigger hips like mine? =P i like the vespa image though. good work.

    I agree with Iggy, boyfriend jeans are not that easy to wear as it might seem in order to look nice on you. The biggest danger: you may look like if your legs have shrunken (like on the photo on the top right).I particularly like the combination with the long grey cardigan .

    umm…i think you are right, but your hips are not big! i love it 'cause it's called 'boyfriend' jeans and it fits 'californian casual' style….haha…have you ever tried your bf's jeans {i'm kidding la…}? {just like coco chanel always tried the duke's wardrobe and came up with her own unique style} anyways, bf jeans is a celebrity style i like as its chilaxing and comfy! and i think a belt is essential with a very simple top 'cause the bf jeans is leggy and loose. you are wearing it for relaxing and no pressure activities….here are some tips for you:

    salut tartangirl! thanks for your input!!!! i like it 'cause it's called 'boyfriend' jeans- meaning super casual and comfy for girls, just perfect for grocery or fishing in california…. also it reminds me of coco chanel who always tried the duke's wardrobe and fix the clothes to make them her own unique style…i'm very attached to those ideas, and i've replied to iggy with some of styling links…check them out!

    I like the idea of pairing it with a nice belt. Can you do a blog entry on belts? I always have problem choosing the right belt (or let me rephrase- i don't really have the habit of wearing belts to accessorize up my look) Tips are needed!

    Thanks for the styling links. The celebs are fab. Give you some good ideas. I'll see how I can make them work for me. By the way, don't hesitate to leave an input on my page, even in English.
